I use rescue and repair shampoo and leave in conditioner after my daily swim in a salt water pool that have worked wonders for minimizing the pool chemical damage. This accompanying hair masque helps, but for me the Mango Avocado product is much better. I gave it 5 stars even though I don't use it because it is still a high quality product that is better than anything else I've tried.
