STANDARD SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Our normal time to process and ship your order (if all products are in stock) is 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday are shipped the next business day (Monday). Extended Processing Times apply during Holidays, Sale Periods, and Weekends (See Below).  See Pre-Order for shipping information for out of stock products.

UPS GROUND SHIPPING

Our normal and/or extended processing time also applies to UPS Ground shipments.  UPS Ground is not Express, Expedited or Next Day Shipping.  UPS Ground transit times are determined by the UPS Ground Transit Map and transit times will vary based on the destination of the package.  All packages are shipped from Zip Code 60532.  Transit Times shown in Checkout represent the estimated time in transit once your order has shipped after being processed.  All Transit Times are estimated by the carrier and are not a guarantee of delivery timing by the carrier or Inahsi Naturals.  Contact UPS directly at 1-888-742-5877 for any issues with your delivery after your package has been shipped.

WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS/SALES

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will require extended order processing times. Extended times may also occur during sale periods. We apologize for any inconvenience during these times and thank you for your understanding.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We provide an order confirmation and shipping notification via email for every order. Orders can also be tracked via text when your cell phone number is provided.

We DO ship INTERNATIONALLY and to MILITARY ADDRESSES. Please see shipping information listed under each item. International delivery can take 2-3 times longer than domestic shipping.

We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes/VAT, or other related costs.

Please review your shipping address before paying for your order. Please edit your account details for corrections. If the address you provide is incorrect, there may be a delay with delivery. If your address is incorrect, it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any costs to re-ship your order.

PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED

If your package has been marked by USPS as “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly concerning your package. Packages marked as delivered are not eligible for lost package claims. In these cases please check with your local mail carrier or your neighbors in case your package has been delivered to the wrong address.

PRE-ORDER

In some cases out of stock products can be Pre-Ordered prior to being restocked. Products that are Pre-Ordered will be available within 2-3 weeks after your order was placed. You will receive email notification once your order has shipped.
