I have fine hair with soft waves. I use this after shampooing and love that it doesn't weigh down my hair and leaves it tangle free and protected.
I definitely recommend this conditioner if you have allergies/sensitivities. It is hydrating without leaving a residue.
This shampoo is one of the few (only) allergen free shampoos that doesn't completely strip my hair. I also have a ton of allergies/sensitivities and I have no reactions to it. The shampoo seems to separate a bit in the bottle so I shake it before use. Definitely recommend trying if you have sensitivities and are looking for options.
