This gentle cleansing shampoo moisturizes as it cleans. Our shampoo will clean your hair and scalp without stripping it of its natural nutrients. The cooling sensation of mint will invigorate the senses while stimulating the scalp.
Apply product to wet hair. Massage into scalp and Rinse hair thoroughly. Follow up with our Soothing Mint Moisturizing Conditioner. Avoid Contact with Eyes.

Since we cannot guarantee that products that have left our facility have not been contaminated or compromised, we cannot restock them.
When purchasing Inahsi Naturals products for the first time we recommend that you purchase 2oz trial/travel size prior to purchasing full-size products.

All refunds issued are for products only and will not include the cost of shipping for undamaged products successfully delivered. This includes orders that meet or exceed our free shipping threshold. If your package has been lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.

If your package has been marked by USPS as “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly concerning your package. Packages marked as delivered are not eligible for lost package claims. In these cases please check with your local mail carrier or your neighbors in case your package has been delivered to the wrong address.
If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response within 5 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order – less the initial shipping costs. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee due prior to shipping.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. If damage occurred to any product(s), please photograph the package and damaged item(s) and email it to us at customerservice@inahsi.com.
If you received the wrong item based on a packaging error on our part, we apologize and are glad to correct our error. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item based on mail carrier’s delivery confirmation status. We will then ship you the correct product.
Orders with all products in stock will be process for shipment by the next business day. Once packaged and processed for shipment orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Currently all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Our normal time to process and ship your order (if all products are in stock) is 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday are shipped the next business day (Monday). See Pre-Order for shipping information for out of stock products.
Our normal processing time of 2-3 business days also applies to UPS Ground shipments. UPS Ground is not "Express Shipping" or "Next Day Shipping". UPS Ground transit times are determined by the UPS Ground Transit Map and transit times will vary based on the destination of the package. All packages are shipped from Zip Code 60532.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will require extended order processing times. Extended times may also occur during sale periods. We apologize for any inconvenience during these times and thank you for your understanding.
We provide an order confirmation and shipping notification via email for every order. Orders can also be tracked via text when your cell phone number is provided. We DO ship INTERNATIONALLY and to MILITARY ADDRESSES. Please see shipping information listed under each item. International delivery can take 2-3 times longer than domestic shipping.
Please review your shipping address before paying for your order. Please edit your account details for corrections. If the address you provide is incorrect, there may be a delay with delivery. If your address is incorrect, it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any costs to re-ship your order.

In some cases out of stock products can be Pre-Ordered prior to being restocked. Products that are Pre-Ordered will be available within 1-2 weeks after your order was placed. You will receive email notification once your order has shipped.
