Let’s face it; our hair can be put through its paces. Between everyday wear and tear, caused by weathering, manipulative styling, and heat and chemical processes, it is enough to make our hair down right parched, weak and damaged.

Our natural hair masque will restore, protect, and strengthen your tresses to promote overall healthy hair. This hair masque is enriched with ceramides, such as Hemp oil, that will help hair retain moisture, restore hair’s balance and help to minimize the effects of daily wear and tear. 

The silk amino acids will strength your hair and restore protein loss due to damage.  Perfect for transitioners from chemical to natural, color-treated hair, and over processed hair.  

Suggested Uses

Section clean, wet hair. Apply a generous amount of product from root to tip, using your fingers or wide tooth comb to detangle. Allow product to sit for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water to close the cuticle. For a deep penetrating treatment, cover hair with a plastic cap then apply moderate heat for up to 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For steamer, sit with hair uncovered. The steam will add extra moisture.

Amazing!

I love this conditioner! The smell is so yummy but not too much. I love the slip and it even works better after I plop in a towel. Makes my hair shiny and soft.

Best hair masque!!

I use it after the clarifying shampoo once a month or once a week depending on how my hair feels. Specially now that is getting warmer where I live.

Different formula

I was really happy when I originally bought this product months ago. Perfect for my curls. I just ordered another bottle and the ingredients have been modified a bit, which includes putting Glycerin as the second ingredient. I have been specifically told to stay away from Glycerin in the top 5 ingredients when the weather is very humid (which is like 70% in the state of Florida). For this reason, I am not as happy as I previously was. Smell and texture of the product is the same, but I wish they hadn't changed the ingredient list.

The formulation of this product has not changed. The ingredients list was updated due to EU Regulations because our products are now EU Compliant. If the product worked for you before the ingredients were rearranged on the list you can expect the product to work the same as it always has.

RETURN POLICY

As a manufacturer of Personal Care Products who adheres to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) we are required to ensure that all products we sell are unadulterated and safe for use by the general public. Since we cannot guarantee that products that have left our facility have not been contaminated or compromised, we cannot restock them.

As a result, all sales are final.

When purchasing Inahsi Naturals products for the first time we recommend that you purchase 2oz trial/travel size prior to purchasing full-size products.

ORDER REFUNDS

Please reach out to us via email at customerservice@inahsi.com to inquire about refunds. Once issued by Inahsi Naturals refunds typically take 2-3 business days to be reflected on your account. All refunds issued are for products only and will not include the cost of shipping for undamaged products successfully delivered. This includes orders that meet or exceed our free shipping threshold. For additional information regarding processing times please contact your bank/credit card provider.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package has been lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, SHIPPING

If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response within 5 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order – less the initial shipping costs. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee due prior to shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. If damage occurred to any product(s), please photograph the package and damaged item(s) and email it to us at customerservice@inahsi.com.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received the wrong item based on a packaging error on our part, we apologize and are glad to correct our error. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item based on mail carrier’s delivery confirmation status. We will then ship you the correct product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders with all products in stock will be process for shipment by the next business day. Once packaged and processed for shipment orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

SHIPPING

Currently all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Our normal time to process and ship your order (if all products are in stock) is 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday are shipped the next business day (Monday). See Pre-Order for shipping information for out of stock products.

UPS GROUND SHIPPING

Our normal processing time of 2-3 business days also applies to UPS Ground shipments. UPS Ground is not "Express Shipping" or "Next Day Shipping". UPS Ground transit times are determined by the UPS Ground Transit Map and transit times will vary based on the destination of the package. All packages are shipped from Zip Code 60532.

WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will require extended order processing times. Extended times may also occur during sale periods. We apologize for any inconvenience during these times and thank you for your understanding.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We provide an order confirmation and shipping notification via email for every order. Orders can also be tracked via text when your cell phone number is provided. We DO ship INTERNATIONALLY and to MILITARY ADDRESSES. Please see shipping information listed under each item. International delivery can take 2-3 times longer than domestic shipping.

We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes/VAT, or other related costs.

Please review your shipping address before paying for your order. Please edit your account details for corrections. If the address you provide is incorrect, there may be a delay with delivery. If your address is incorrect, it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any costs to re-ship your order.
