Even better than expected!

I decided to try inashi after seeing an Instagram influencer using this brand. I was particularly interested in trying the deep conditioner, even though I rarely deep condition as my hair over moisturizes easily. However, I tried a dirty deep condition a few days ago and was really impressed with the results. Today I tried out the conditioner from this bundle and was really impressed again. I think it's because inashi really balances protein and moisture beautifully. The owner does live informational videos on Instagram every week and it's clear that she is well informed about the ingredients she's putting in her products. I'm impressed.

Nicely moisturizing, great fragrance

My hair needs more protein in a deep conditioner, so my experience wasn't that great. But a friend of mine swears by it.

Loved the soothing mint conditioner

Here is my update for you. 📈

I have a lot of hair-- current length is now in-between waist to tail bone length and its 4b/4c type hair.🤔

Here is my short review on three products-- only one was effective.📉

The Aloe Hibiscus leave-in didn't provide much slip and it also did not feel like it detangled well, it also felt a bit too thick and drying (even on damp hair) and so I was not impressed at first. 🤷🏽Also the 2 oz. bottle sizes were not enough to coat my entire head, maybe half off my head. However, I still managed to have some of it left and will try it again in conjunction with the other Inahsi products.

This was a totally different result from the 8 oz. Soothing Mint Moisturizing Conditioner, which was very moisturizing and gave great slip! I used this product along with the Tropical Escape CoWash in mine and my youngest daughter's 4a/4b hair and I am highly highly highly satisfied with both of them. :) 🎊🎉

I have a lot of hair and need even bigger bottles, but am re-purchasing again!🤗

RETURN POLICY

As a manufacturer of Personal Care Products who adheres to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) we are required to ensure that all products we sell are unadulterated and safe for use by the general public. Since we cannot guarantee that products that have left our facility have not been contaminated or compromised, we cannot restock them.

As a result, all sales are final.

When purchasing Inahsi Naturals products for the first time we recommend that you purchase 2oz trial/travel size prior to purchasing full-size products.

ORDER REFUNDS

Please reach out to us via email at customerservice@inahsi.com to inquire about refunds. Once issued by Inahsi Naturals refunds typically take 2-3 business days to be reflected on your account. All refunds issued are for products only and will not include the cost of shipping for undamaged products successfully delivered. This includes orders that meet or exceed our free shipping threshold. For additional information regarding processing times please contact your bank/credit card provider.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package has been lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.

If your package has been marked by USPS as “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly concerning your package. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, SHIPPING

If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response within 5 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order – less the initial shipping costs. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee due prior to shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. If damage occurred to any product(s), please photograph the package and damaged item(s) and email it to us at customerservice@inahsi.com.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received the wrong item based on a packaging error on our part, we apologize and are glad to correct our error. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item based on mail carrier’s delivery confirmation status. We will then ship you the correct product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders with all products in stock will be process for shipment by the next business day. Once packaged and processed for shipment orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

SHIPPING

Currently all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Our normal time to process and ship your order (if all products are in stock) is 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday are shipped the next business day (Monday). See Pre-Order for shipping information for out of stock products.

UPS GROUND SHIPPING

Our normal processing time of 2-3 business days also applies to UPS Ground shipments. UPS Ground is not "Express Shipping" or "Next Day Shipping". UPS Ground transit times are determined by the UPS Ground Transit Map and transit times will vary based on the destination of the package. All packages are shipped from Zip Code 60532.

WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will require extended order processing times. Extended times may also occur during sale periods. We apologize for any inconvenience during these times and thank you for your understanding.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We provide an order confirmation and shipping notification via email for every order. Orders can also be tracked via text when your cell phone number is provided. We DO ship INTERNATIONALLY and to MILITARY ADDRESSES. Please see shipping information listed under each item. International delivery can take 2-3 times longer than domestic shipping.

We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes/VAT, or other related costs.

Please review your shipping address before paying for your order. Please edit your account details for corrections. If the address you provide is incorrect, there may be a delay with delivery. If your address is incorrect, it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any costs to re-ship your order.
